Did You Know That You Can Send Mass Emails From Outlook Now?

In this time, mass emailing is a very important feature, especially in an office where this will help an administrator or team leader to pass important information to all the employees with a single click. This feature in the Outlook Express will save time and the administrator or leader can effectively communicate with a group of people under him or her. There are other mass emailing programs available in the tech market right now, but unfortunately, none of them are top class nor are they exactly user-friendly. However, it's in fact simple and affordable to have the enhanced Microsoft Outlook Express which can now send bulk and mass emails. The Outlook tech support team has now modified the current Outlook Express according to user preferences to stay up-to-date with the current trend of mass mailing. It will get even better when you realize that you can send email to numerous recipients as the Outlook Express does not have a limit on the number of emails you can send. Tag along the following instructions to get this done.
Instructions
Launch the Outlook Express program from the startup menu and navigate towards the "Contacts" to setup a new group by tagging on the "Create New Contact Group"
Now just give a name to the new contact group as per your desire; just make sure that it's a name that is easy to identify while sending a mass or bulk email.
Hit on the "Create New Contact" to tag the contacts that you wish to add to the new contact group. The overall process is going to be pretty arduous as you will have to move the contacts individually in to the contact group, but once it's done then it's going to cut down the effort and time spent by an administrator in mailing a group, significantly.
All you have to do now is to create a message and enter the email addresses of the recipients into the tab "To" or "BCC" fields.
Just trigger the "Send" and you are done.
Outlook Express doesn’t keep a cap on number of emails sent. However, certain mail providers won’t allow users to send mass emails. In such situations, the Outlook tech support crew can help you out. Just drop a line in their support panel.

Windows 7: How to Create a Local drive?

Windows 7 is an excellent operating system. The Windows 7 platform from the house of Microsoft earned a lot of respect for the Redmond professionals. Windows 7 performs well and is also very good in its appearance. The OS is preferred by both power PC users and normal users.
Partitioning hard disk drives are necessary for users to organize directories and different kinds of files. In the earlier versions of Windows, creating local drives was not possible within the platform due to the lack of Disk partition or Management utilities. But the new platforms like Windows Vista and Windows 7 has inbuilt Disk management utilities which saves the user from creating drives using third party software or partition using Command prompt.
Windows 7 has a Disk Management utility that helps the user in managing disks and drives. The utility allows the user to create logical and primary drives. Windows 7 Help has topics related to Disk Management and can be used to learn different things about the utility.
Here are some instructions that will help you create a local drive in Windows 7.

Instructions

1. Boot the Windows 7 platform and right click on the My Computer icon in the desktop after it is fully loaded. In the drop down menu, click on the Manage option. The Computer management is now opened. In that window, click on the Disk Management option in the left pane.
2. Once the Disk Management utility is opened. It will display the partitioning of the hard drive, the allocated spaces and the unallocated spaces. Right click on the unallocated space shown there and then click on the New Simple Volume option from the drop list. A New Simple Volume Wizard will appear. Click on the Next button and then the maximum unallocated space is allotted by Windows 7 for the new local drive by default. If you want to change the allocation, you can enter the preferred size in the slot given there.
3. After that, a new drive is created and a proper designation letter is given for the drive by Windows 7. If you want to format the drive the option for formatting is available there. After the formatting is done, you can close the wizard and the Disk Management window. You can also check the drive by finding it in the My Computer window.

In case of any errors during the process, rely on Windows 7 help and Windows 7 support websites.
